Drop Bury Position

I appreciate your interest in this opportunity and I would like to explain the process from here on out. First let me elaborate on the contracting opportunity. Jaguar Technologies, Inc is a service-oriented business that is responsible for the installation of residential and commercial coax for MSO’s (multiple service organizations) such as Comcast. The Orange Park office is contracting specifically for drop bury work. As an independent contractor, you set your schedule and control your financial destiny. The more efficient that you are and quality work that you perform the more money that you earn. As a contractor you are classified with the IRS as 1099 and you will receive payment for your contract on a bi weekly basis. The pay is commission type pay, so you get paid by the work you complete. Most of our contractors earn anywhere from $30,000 to $50,000 per year.

The majority of the work itself for the drop buries position consists of properly routing underground coaxial cable from the MSO pedestal to the customer’s home. You will be required to bury / spade the drop in the customer’s yard six inches deep. If there is a driveway that you have to go under we supply you the tools to be able to bore under the driveway to complete the job.
The area we service includes all of greater Jacksonville and surrounding areas. We will attempt to accommodate your geographic preference subject to our workload. As a contractor you will be need a computer to be able to get your work orders and do your billing online. Contractors can come to the office every two weeks to pick up materials for the next two weeks worth of work.
